The Assistant Project manager reports to the Associate Director, Annual Capital Projects,
and is responsible for all on site, day to day project management activities associated with multiple renovation projects. The Assistant Project Manager has overall responsibility to manage, plan, coordinate and integrate activities across multiple functional lines for completing all projects within these programs on schedule, within budget and in accordance with technical requirements. He/ She is responsible for providing superior customer service
and performing a range of administrative duties to support the Office of Facilities Management.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preferences would be in construction management, engineering, or architecture. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
